While the call is active, press the Conference soft key on the phone display.
The current caller will automatically be placed on hold.
Enter the extension number or external telephone number of the second participant.
Press the Send or Call soft key to place the call.
Wait for the second participant to answer.
Once connected, briefly speak with the second participant if required.
Press the Conference soft key again to merge all participants into a single conference call.
Confirm that all participants are connected and can hear each other.
Continue the conversation as a normal conference call.
If required, use the Mute, Speaker, Headset or Volume controls during the conference call.
To end the conference, replace the handset or press the Speaker or Headset button, depending on how the call is connected. All participants will be disconnected when the conference call ends.
