How to Log a Ticket on the Helpdesk

Our helpdesk portal is the quickest way to get support and see real‑time updates from one central location. You can raise tickets by email or in the portal, and track both from your account.

Two ways to get help (both link to your account)

Email: send fault details to helpdesk@telgroup.co.uk, this will create a ticket under your account, if you don’t have an account yet, we’ll invite you to set one up automatically so you can track progress.
Portal: go to https://helpdesk.telgroup.co.uk, sign in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Submit a Ticket’

Tip: Use the same email for everything. It keeps your history together and speeds up verification.

Sign in to your account

Once you have created your account, you can now sign in to the portal at https://helpdesk.telgroup.co.uk and use it to create and track your tickets.

Tip: Bookmark the portal so it’s always two clicks away.

Step 1:
Go to https://helpdesk.telgroup.co.uk to log in.

Step 2:
Enter your registered email and password, then click 'Sign in'.

Step 3:
Forgotten your password? Click Forgot password? and follow the link in your email.

Step 4:
You are now logged in and ready to log and view your tickets.

Logging a ticket

There are 3 ways to log a ticket, either through the portal, via email or by calling us direct and we can log the ticket for you.

Log a new ticket in the portal

Step 1:
When you’re logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Submit a Ticket’.

Step 2:
Fill in all the relevant details with as much detail on your issue as possible.

Step 3:
Once submitted, you will receive email updates. and you can track your ticket through ‘My area’.

Step 4:
Our tech support team will then work on resolving your issue promptly.


Log a new ticket via email

Step 1:
Email helpdesk@telgroup.co.uk with your issue. Make sure to give full details!

Step 2:
Your ticket will instantly be logged, you will receive an email confirmation shortly.

Step 3:
Once submitted, you will receive email updates. and you can track your ticket through ‘My area’.

Step 4:
Our tech support team will then work on resolving your issue promptly.

Please call 0800 652 1900 and our team will submit a ticket for you!
